1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Flix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flix provides an IoT metrics collection and monitoring platform that allows users to:

  • Collect and store device metrics via HTTP API
  • Visualize metrics in real-time dashboards
  • Receive alerts via WhatsApp, Slack, or Email
  • Generate daily reports and analytics

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

5. Pricing and Payment

The Service offers a 14-day free trial with up to 5 devices. After the trial, you will be charged $0.50 per device per month. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights to your IoT metrics or device data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the billing settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
